Maintenance Requests
You now have access to the maintenance request feature, which allows you to easily submit a request if you notice any maintenance-related issues within the community.
Compliance Concerns
Submit a compliance-related concern and track the status.
This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to improve your portal experience and provide easy access to the information you need. Please visit ccmcnet.com/buurt to access how-to guides and training videos that will help you navigate the portal and its new features.

Register for BUURT
1. To register for the portal, go to buurt.ccmcnet.com and click the gray "Sign Up" button, or click “Don’t have one yet? Sign Up,” located below the login options. Please sign up with the email associated with your resident account.
2. On the next page, fill out the short form, including your account number and address and click “Create account,” or select “Continue with Google,” located below, if your resident account is associated with your Gmail.
Please note: a 6-digit authentication code will be sent to your email for verification. Visit ccmcnet.com/buurt for additional information and resources such as training videos and how to guides.
